Legal terms and conditions of the draw

1.- Organizing company

The company LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL, with CIF nº B66904558 and address at Vía Augusta 29 Floor 6, 08006 Barcelona registered in the Mercantile Registry of BARCELONA Volume 45688, Folio 159, Sheet B 495929, Registration 1, launches a “scratch and win” game/contest that will reward users randomly who participate in it.

2.- Purpose and mechanics of the competition

The prize draw aims to reward customers who participate in our scratch-off game from March 1st to March 30th, 2021. Users must register using a form beforehand, which will take them to a screen where they will have to simulate scratching an image to reveal the prize underneath. The system will randomly award the prizes listed.

3.- Duration and scope

The participation period runs from the publication of the contest on March 1st to March 30th, 2021. Participation in the draw is free and online through the website www.labeauorganic.com

4.-Requirements to participate

All individuals may participate in the promotion; however, the enjoyment of the prize is conditional upon compliance with the general terms and conditions published on the LABEAU website (www.labeauorganic.com). Should any irregularity be detected, or should it be suspected that a participant is hindering the normal course of the contest or violating the promotion rules in any way, the participant's entry may be unilaterally disqualified. Entries that are inappropriate, do not adhere to the required conditions or theme, or fail to meet the specified requirements will be eliminated.

5. Selection of the winner, alternates, communication and delivery

Prizes will be awarded randomly to participants in the draw. Some prizes are limited to a specific number of units, while others are unlimited, ensuring that all users receive a prize of some kind. Winners will be notified of their prize and how to claim it through the tool itself at the time of entry and via email to the address provided by the user on the registration form.

6.- Awards

The prizes in the draw will be as follows, and only one prize will be randomly assigned once the participant scratches the image shown on the screen.

- 20% discount for purchases over €60 - unlimited units

- Free shipping - Unlimited units

- €50 voucher for purchases on our website (www.labeauorganic.com) - 10 units

- €100 voucher for purchases on our website (www.labeauorganic.com) - 3 units

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or any other service. They cannot be combined with other prizes or discounts. Prizes may be used until May 31, 2021, after which date they cannot be redeemed on the website and will be considered expired.

Only one entry will be allowed every 24 hours during the duration of the contest.

LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL reserves the right to substitute the initial prize in any raffle or contest with another of similar or superior value that compensates the winner for any inconvenience caused. To be eligible for and claim the prize, participants must comply with LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL's general terms and conditions.

7. Reservations and limitations

By way of example, but not limitation, fraud will be understood to have occurred when the alleged use of applications independent of the website is detected; when there is an abuse of server queries; and when there is any behavior that may appear abusive and/or malicious. The discovery of any of these circumstances during the contest will result in automatic disqualification, as well as the forfeiture of any prize awarded. LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification. The company reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who carries out any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the contest. The company excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the temporary unavailability or interruption of the services used to participate in the promotion, from any loss of benefit that users may have expected from them, and in particular, though not exclusively, from failures in accessing the various pages and submitting participation entries via the Internet. The company reserves the right to make changes that contribute to the successful completion of the contest when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents its completion as outlined in these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to postpone, suspend, or extend the prize draw period, as well as the right to interpret these terms and conditions. LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of the prize draw during its course due to circumstances beyond the control of LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL that make it advisable. Likewise, the organizing company will be exempt from all liability if any of the aforementioned cases occur, as well as from any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

Labeau Organic reserves the right to cancel the promotion for justified reasons, as well as to modify these terms and conditions or those of the promotional activity at any time, or to declare the prize void. If this occurs, participants will be duly notified through the same channel used for the promotion, with a reasoned explanation for the decision.
Similarly, Labeau Organic reserves the right to exclude any participants who violate the rules established in the terms and conditions or whose behavior affects the normal development of the promotional activity, as well as to disqualify those who act abusively or fraudulently.
Labeau Organic is exempt from liability if it is unable to locate the winner for reasons beyond its control. The winner also releases Labeau Organic from any liability for damages that may arise from the use of the prize.
Any incident that may arise and is not covered by these terms and conditions will be resolved by Labeau Organic according to its best judgment.

LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL will use the data provided by users in the registration form for commercial purposes, sending notifications, and email campaigns, from which users can unsubscribe at any time through any of the communications. All participants in the promotion authorize LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL, by submitting the form, to use their data for its own commercial communications. Under no circumstances will this data be shared with third-party companies. In accordance with data protection regulations, we inform you that the winner's data will be included in a file duly registered with the GDPR. 9.- Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any statement indicating non-acceptance of all or part of these terms and conditions will result in the exclusion of the participant, and consequently, the company will be released from any obligation to the participant.

10. Other considerations

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. LABEAU FRAGRANCES SL and the participants in the draw submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the corresponding jurisdiction for any dispute that may arise between them.
