The company works to ensure that its products meet customer expectations.

However, the customer may make a return provided that the product is unused and in conditions to be put back on sale, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for Consumer and User Protection and other complementary laws.

In the event that the exception to the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply (sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection and which have been unsealed after delivery), the customer will have the right to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase without the need to provide justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
