We recommend using the mask 1 to 2 times per week.
- Wet your hair.
- Apply a walnut-sized amount of shampoo to your hand and distribute it throughout your hair.
- Add a little water and massage gently. Focus on certain areas, pressing a little harder with your fingertips on each side of the head, at the top and down to the nape of the neck. This type of massage promotes and activates circulation.
- Rinse and reapply a drop of shampoo to wash the hair thoroughly for a second time.
- Rinse again with plenty of water: first with hot water and then with warm water.
Next, you can continue hydrating your hair with the mask:
- After washing your hair, remove excess moisture by drying it with a towel.
- Apply the mask to your hair from the mid-lengths to the ends. Take sections of hair and thoroughly wet it. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb through and ensure the mask penetrates the hair. We recommend leaving it on for 5 to 20 minutes.
- After this time, remove the remains of the mask by rinsing the hair with plenty of lukewarm water.
