We recommend using the mask 1 to 2 times per week.

  1. Wet your hair.
  2. Apply a walnut-sized amount of shampoo to your hand and distribute it throughout your hair.
  3. Add a little water and massage gently. Focus on certain areas, pressing a little harder with your fingertips on each side of the head, at the top and down to the nape of the neck. This type of massage promotes and activates circulation.
  4. Rinse and reapply a drop of shampoo to wash the hair thoroughly for a second time.
  5. Rinse again with plenty of water: first with hot water and then with warm water.

Next, you can continue hydrating your hair with the mask:

  1. After washing your hair, remove excess moisture by drying it with a towel.
  2. Apply the mask to your hair from the mid-lengths to the ends. Take sections of hair and thoroughly wet it. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb through and ensure the mask penetrates the hair. We recommend leaving it on for 5 to 20 minutes.
  3. After this time, remove the remains of the mask by rinsing the hair with plenty of lukewarm water.
