Draw valid for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Temporal scope
This promotional activity will take place in December 2022.
Free nature of the Draw
The Draw will be conducted as a 'free draw', which means that no money will be paid to participate in it.
Personal sphere
All individuals over the age of 18 may participate in the Draw.
Contest Mechanics
1) The winner(s) will be selected randomly and we will contact them on December 19th. Labeau Organic will announce the winner's name via a personal message. The winner will have 7 calendar days to contact the brand and arrange prize collection. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and the prize will be declared void.

- Prize conditions:
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other compensation.
- The prize is non-transferable.
- Labeau Organic reserves the right to declare the prize void if the winning participant does not meet the requirements mentioned in these terms and conditions, or if the data provided by the winner is not true.
- The organizers of the Draw reserve the right to:
- Check for counterfeits, fictitious users, bots, automation systems, among others.
- Discard those participants who prevent the proper functioning of the Draw, as well as those who do not meet the conditions or requirements to participate or do not accept these terms and conditions.
- Discard from the Draw any comments that may be offensive, inappropriate or discriminatory, as well as those that do not comply with the provisions of these rules.

- Labeau Organic will not be held responsible under any circumstances for the non-compliance with these sweepstakes rules or the violation of the aforementioned Instagram terms of use by the participants.
Data protection
Participants' data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Implementing Regulation (RLOPD). In compliance with Article 5 of the LOPD, participants' personal data will be included in the automated data file, the controller of which is Labeau Fragrances, for the purpose of managing their participation in the prize draw. Participants' data may also be used in electronic communications. Providing the winner's personal data is mandatory for the management of the prize draw. Any false or incomplete provision of personal data will entitle the organizers of this promotion to disqualify the winner. Participants may at any time, under the terms established by current regulations on the protection of personal data, revoke the authorization granted for the processing of personal data, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to the personal data provided.

Participation in the Draw implies full and total acceptance of these rules and a commitment to comply with them.
In case of any doubt regarding the interpretation of the rules, the organizers' criteria will prevail.
