Argan oil contains high levels of Vitamin E and Omega-3 fatty acids

It is an oil obtained by pressing the ripe seeds of the argan tree (Argania spinosa). Native to Morocco, it grows wild in the desert regions of the southeast of the country and is known as the "Tree of Life." Its green fruit resembles a large olive and contains small seeds that are cracked open by hand with two stones to extract the precious golden oil.
