When will I receive my order?
We work so that you receive your order as soon as possible, our logistics works from Monday to Friday and we always work with the 24h service. However, these times are always approximate and may be affected by circumstances of the transport service.
As a guideline, if you place your order before 2pm on a working day, the order will leave the warehouse that same day and will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following day.
How do I know the status of my order?
We like you to have all the information, so we will send you an email when we start preparing your order, when it leaves the warehouse and if there are any incidents. You will also receive an SMS from MRW (our delivery company) indicating the estimated delivery date.
When can delays occur?
In general, delays occur at times such as Christmas, Black Friday or in the event of transport strikes, but may also be due to adverse weather conditions such as snowfall, floods... but don't worry, we will always be on the lookout and will try to ensure that your package arrives in the shortest possible time.
How does the delivery work and what should I do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a note in your letterbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier may not be able to access the doorway or the residential premises.
After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that delivers in your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent during the second delivery, the order will remain at the branch in your area so that you can pick it up at the agency. If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to email@example.com so that we can provide you with contact information or help you with whatever is necessary.
Can I pick up my order at a branch or collection point?
That's right! When you receive the SMS from MRW it will probably let you choose this option if the order has not yet left on their delivery route. If it has already left, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using a tool that you will find in the SMS that MRW will send you.
What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
We recommend that you check the address indicated when placing your orders to ensure that the data is correct and complete, as it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without generating an additional shipping cost. If you detect any incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Do not forget to check all the fields!
We work to ensure that our products live up to your expectations, however if for any reason you want to return the products, you can do so without any problem. Here we explain how to do it depending on the situation:
- The order has arrived in bad condition
Don't worry, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will ask you for the order details and some photos. We may need some additional information to solve the case. Once we have collected this information we will manage the reshipment of the products and the collection of the product in bad condition at your address or point of your choice. Don't worry, we will accompany you throughout the process.
- I have changed my mind, I don't want one or more of the products.
No problem, returning is very easy! Contact us to manage the return, we will inform you of all the steps and the address where you must send us the products with their original box (you can send them by courier or certified mail.
Once we receive the products, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund will be processed. In these cases Labeau Organic will reimburse you the amount of the products received, except for the shipping costs.
STEP BY STEP:
1. Send an email to email@example.com, our customer service team will tell you how to do it.
2. Prepare the package, it is important to keep the products and their original packaging.
3. Send it to Labeau, choose the shipping method that best suits your needs, remember to keep the receipt!
4. We will check it and contact you when the refund is made.
- The product is defective or wrong
Don't worry, we will take care of the whole process: we will pick up the products and/or exchange them for the correct one taking care of the costs associated with this return and/or exchange.
