We believe that skin care is not only about using conscious, organic and eco-friendly cosmetics, but also about eating a balanced diet that provides the nutrients necessary for optimal health. Because skin care also happens from the inside out, we always encourage various habits that contribute to good health and better skin.
In this article we share with you some foods that promote the regeneration and optimal condition of our skin so we know what foods to eat to take care of our skin from the inside out.

Let's start with the "fundamental food".

Let's start with the base, water.

Although water is not a food in itself, properly hydrated skin tends to have greater elasticity and firmness, which helps prevent the early development of wrinkles and fine lines. In addition, consuming an adequate amount of water contributes to the elimination of toxins from the body through perspiration and kidney function, promoting healthier, impurity-free skin. It also prevents dryness, flaking and tightness of the skin.

Did you know that Labeau uses organic aloe vera water?
In order to provide maximum value with our products and following our sustainable principles, we have replaced most of the water in our formulas with organic Aloe Vera water. Aloe Vera water is the base of our products and among its benefits it provides a feeling of freshness, luminous skin, shiny and strong hair, helps the skin to regain its softness and protects it from environmental factors.
