1. Wash your hair as usual, removing excess moisture by towel-drying.
2. Apply the hair mask from mid-length to ends. Take each section and thoroughly saturate the hair. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb through and ensure even distribution. We recommend leaving it on for 5 to 20 minutes. In cases of sensitivity, dermatitis or other conditions, apply directly to the scalp to maximise its effectiveness and provide optimal care.
3. After this time, rinse out the remaining mask by thoroughly washing the hair with abundant warm water.
4. If possible, finish with a touch of cold water for a few seconds, as this will close the cuticle, stimulate the capillaries, and promote scalp microcirculation.
We recommend applying 1 to 2 times a week. For more damaged hair, you can increase the frequency if desired
