That is why today we have made a selection of 7 foods that you can include in your diet and that can strengthen your defences and prevent colds and other illnesses.



1. Yoghurt

Yoghurts or probiotics improve the balance of the intestinal microbiota, stimulate the immune response, reduce intestinal inflammation and strengthen the internal bacteria of the intestine to reinforce resistance to infections. They also provide protein, calcium and zinc. How can you introduce them into your diet? You can incorporate them into your breakfast and combine them with fruit or oatmeal.
